Hotel is in a great location! The shower is not easy to use ( water leaks out onto floor) but everything else is fine. I did ask for an extra bottle of water, but they only give one complimentary bottle. Staff were helpful with directions etc.

Location, location, location. Love where this is, close to old town right by the market buy yet it is just quiet when you want it to be quiet. Also out the door is 4-5 restaurants that we really enjoyed. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was no air conditioning but they provided a couple of fans and that was good enough to make sleeping comfortable. Would stay again.

The only thing that I say that I didn't really like was we were across from a whole row of restaurants that were open till 10:00 to midnight. It was warm enough we slept with the windows fully open and even if you get past the fact that you have 14 neighbors that can look right at you while you're sleeping, the noise is more difficult. Also they have delivery trucks that start about 6:00 in the morning and trash trucks as well as glass recycling, food waste trucks, delivery trucks etc etc. But the location was fabulous and the room itself was actually pretty good for a European room in the city center of a big city

Pros: Great location! Very friendly staff. Clean hotel. Comfortable bed. Con: There’s a lot of noise from outside and the room gets hot if you don’t keep the window open. Some noise is there even with the window closed.

The place is clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly, accommodating and welcoming. I opted for no breakfast cuz the place is very near to anything you love to try to eat in Munich . Besides, the place is just few steps away from Eataly and the market, very good place to stay, close to all you want to visit and most of all to Marianplatz.. we will surely come back to this place .
