Wir hatten eigentlich ein Deluxe-Doppelzimmer gebucht, da wir aus hygienischen Gründen keine Teppichböden mögen. Am Ende waren wir sicherlich nicht in einem Deluxezimmer, denn:
vollkommen ausgelegene Matratze, bei jeder Bewegung quietschten die Metallfedern der Matratze, wir waren uns nicht sicher, ob wir nicht eh schon am Boden lagen, so tief sind wir eingesunken.
Der Schrank roch modrig, die Zimmertüren waren so hellhörig wie Papier.
Die Aussicht ging zu einem Hinterhof, von einem Deluxzimmer hätte wir eine Aussicht auf den Marktplatz erwartet.
Lediglich das Bad war schön, sah neu renoviert aus.
Dann zum Frühstück: laut Buchung hätte es ein Buffet sein sollen. Sicherlich auch durch die Pandemie geschuldet, war dies nicht sder Fall. Die Brötchen lediglich billige Aufbackbrötchen, Wurst- und Käsescheiben waren abgezählt, eine kleine Cocktailtomate und ein paar Schnitze Paprika kamen noch dazu. Kein frisches Obst, keine frischen Säfte, kein Müsli, keine Croissants, kein freundlicher Service. Da ist das Essen in einer Kantine noch besser als dort. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen, zumal wir knapp 100€ für eine Nacht bezahlt haben. Ist seine 3 Sterne absolut nicht wert.
Die Bilder auf der Webseite trügen, wo diese aufgenommen wurden ist uns immer noch ein Rätsel, sicherlich nicht in diesem Hotel.
Für 3 Personen 3 DZ gebucht, gleicher Preis!
Erste Zimmer super, das zweite Zimmer mehr als die Hälfte kleiner, kein DZ, Bett viel zu klein und schlechter eingerichtet als eine Jugendherberge.
Dritte Zimmer etwa das gleiche wie das zweite, der TV war Tablet größe und das Bad absolut schrecklich!
Absolute Enttäuschung!
Das Frühstück dürftig und das Personal unfreundlich.
Sind öfters in Weißenburg aber dieses "Hotel" werden wir definitiv nicht mehr wählen und ein paar km weiter fahren.
Die Kollegen kamen sich wirklich diskriminiert vor.
