“The amenities are sub par. The accomodation is advertised as a townhouse with cookware and a kitchen. However there is nothing to cook with in the kitchen besides a micro wave, no kitchen sink etc... this is not a kitchen but what you get in a hotel room and that was the main disappointment. There is also little to no dishes to eat from, I had to bring extra plates and cuttlery. “There are five split-system reverse cycle air conditioners in the property, but only two were working! I can’t imagine how unbearable it would be in the summer. When we stayed, the place was absolutely freezing. The main bathroom had multiple issues: the cold water tap wasn’t working and had been tightly screwed shut by the host. We were told to use only the hot water or go to the kitchen. On top of that, the bathroom’s fan and heater didn’t work either. There was also no waterproofing on the……

“We arrived at midnight and the property didn't provide us with alarm code. We have two small kids that travelled from Canada to Australia and had to put them to sleep with alarm blasting. That night was very stressful. Also the lock on the door was unreasonably noisy and beep constantly. The condition of the house and yard was great.”
