「Check in was good with helpful service. Hotel is in a great location and from outside looked good, even with indoor smoking (the norm in Macedonia). The view on to the lake is first rate and we had a corner suite. However the room was tired and needing significant work. Shower that spat water, kitchen with cracked bench and exposed wires. Common areas of hotel were filthy and . Overall a bit disappointing 」

The new address corresponded to a different hotel name on Hotels.com, which was confusing. - There was no heating: it was out of order, and we also had no hot water. - The room itself was nice, but very cold. Since the building is made of stone and poorly insulated, the electric heater provided was not powerful enough to...
