“The reception staff is kindly and provides many assistance to us. It is very pity that the winery only opens in April to November. Next time we would visit it in summer time to taste the wine.”

“接待客氣,房間簡潔舒適,只是地板熱度,我們受不了，有點傷腦筋。只好將毛巾淋水，否則室內太乾了。早餐很不錯，每天選不ㄧ樣的。Ohrid湖，正面對，人間仙境，到各境點，都很方便，慢慢走，都可以到。四天三夜，有點不夠。”

“Fantastic stay! Our room had a beautiful view of Lake Ohrid! If you are driving to the hotel be cautious as the roads are super tight but our host was able to help us find parking in the area which was super helpful! Would stay again for sure!”

“Check in was good with helpful service. Hotel is in a great location and from outside looked good, even with indoor smoking (the norm in Macedonia). The view on to the lake is first rate and we had a corner suite. However the room was tired and needing significant work. Shower that spat water, kitchen with cracked bench and exposed wires. Common areas of hotel were filthy and . Overall a bit disappointing ”

“O apartamento é maravilhoso e super novo! Chuveiro e ar condicionado ótimos! Dridan que é ó anfitrião foi SUPER prestativo! Eu amei ter ficado lá! Com certeza voltarei! Indico a todos!! The apartment is wonderful and feels brand new! The shower and air conditioning are great! Dridan, the host, was SUPER helpful and attentive! I absolutely loved staying there and will definitely come back! I highly recommend it to everyone!!”

“Ne surtout pas réserver de suite avec jacuzzi vu qu'il ne fonctionne quasiment pas !! (seules 3 à 4 buses sur la quarantaine) Une honte pour le prix. L'intérieur était très propre mais la terrasse immonde : table pleine de résidus et collante (j'avais demandé à ce qu'elle soit nettoyée, on m'a dit oui mais cela n'a jamais été fait), matelas des chaises longues sales et déchirés, mobilier en bois complètement défraîchi... Je descends prendre une bouteille d'eau fraîche, on m'en donne une chaude……

“Since I booked a room, I called the phone no. which showed at the booking confirmation. The man said he was busy and need 1/2 hour come to open the door, But finally I waited for him 1 1/2 Hours under heavy rain. When I reach room, that was a terror room, That is not a bed room, actually that's a store room.A lot of used tables and chairs. inside the room. The room was prepaid and cannot cancel, so I requested a better room, He said that they a nice room but need to up charge, almost double……
