“If I was you ALL, BUDGET INNS are 2 steps away from staying in a homeless establishment . BED was good A/C barely worked . Restroom Stool was New . Rest room Door was off hinge , No towel rack . clean towels and rag. Shower was rusted out . I'm NOT a gripper I told my wife I was sorry for putting her in such , a Dive.”

“Hotel had a mold smell , room had a smell bathroom looked like they painted over mold the air in the room did not get cold no matter what you did . The hallway was colder than the room . Breakfast was cold for food that is suppose to be hot .The bed in the room was pasts its due date .. straight worn out pillow cases had stains in them . I don’t recommend.”

“Pros: Staff was helpful and courteous. Limited interactions with staff. Prompt and kind interactions at check-in and check-out. Very pleasant gentleman. Noise from surrounding rooms was minimal. Non-smoking room as expected. A/C cooled very well. Cons: Hair found on sheets of both beds and bathroom floor. Loud A/C unit made TV difficult to hear. Bath towels were similar to most pool towels, smaller and thinner than expected. The hotel halls and room smelled of bleach or chlorine. I wasn't in……

“Breakfast was the only drawback. I really like to feed the kids breakfast at the hotel and breakfast wasn't great for children.”

“This is the place we stay at when visiting family in Bells, Tx. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We only shower and stay the night, so it fit our need and budget. 3 of us stayed this trip. The beds were comfortable. We couldn’t use the lamp that had extra plugs in the base and we could have used it for all the cells we had to charge. We didn’t have toilet paper, but we always carry when we travel. There was 2 sets of towels for the 3 of us, but only 2 of us had showered. I’m sure……

“Parking convenient”

“The online pictures of the room do not match the pictures I have of a dirty room that I was charged 84 dollars for. I have several pictures for proof of that. Black mold in the bathroom, dirty and stained bath tub. Broken and rusted door hinges on bathroom door. Dirty and stained walls. Front door had a gap that allowed outside light light into the room. No smoke detector only the wires hanging loose where one should be. The furniture was used and dirty with a burn whole in one of the seats. The……

“Pool was great! And unlike many resort pools, the service for a beverage was plentiful. However, the main restaurant was closed on Wednesday of our Wed/Thur stay. On Thur night when we did finally get to go to the restaurant they over cooked our $50 steak. The pool snack bar was also closed and it seemed like housekeeping was short staffed because the hallways were lined with bags of trash and dirty linens all day. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.”
