You will be staying in a 3-room apartment located on the 1st floor, suitable for 2 adults and 1 child. The apartment features a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, which is solely for decoration purposes, a digital TV, flat screen, and air conditioning. The living room provides access to a small balcony. There is one room with a single bed measuring 90 cm wide and 200 cm long. Additionally, there is a double bedroom equipped with a double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm wide and 200 cm long. The apartment has a small, open kitchen area.

The apartment is furnished with practical and cozy furnishings. The kitchen is equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Capsules for the coffee machine (Delizio) are provided as an extra. The apartment also features a shower/WC and a separate WC. Heating is available, and the floors are made of natural stone. The small balcony faces south, offering beautiful views of the lake and mountains, and is furnished with balcony furniture.
