Location: South-eastern Sardinia. Costa Rei
Villa facing the sea located in an elegant condominium with large common green space. The villa (90 sq m, sleeps 6), with comfortable furnishings, is surrounded by an independent 400 sq m garden with a small and fresh private pine forest. Large living room with fireplace, kitchen, three bedrooms, two with double bed and one with single beds. Double bathrooms with tub. Covered veranda. Outdoor shower. Barbecue, outdoor dining area surrounded by greenery.
Distance from the beach 20 m.
Equipped with washing machine, satellite TV, fridge with large freezer (3 caassetti) 300 lt, electric oven, microwave oven, water reserve (500 lt) with autoclave, private reserved parking, usable communal garden.
The villa is located a short distance from the Costa Rei shopping center where there are newsagents, tobacconists, bars, pizzerias and restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, playground and various shops.

una vacanza tutto sommato buona, non fosse per un piccolo contrattempo, [ne ha fatto le spese la nostra auto], forse non siamo andati a genio ai vicini, nonostante non abbiamo neanche parlato con nessuno.

Best best best thing about this accommodation was location to the beach (minutes to walk) but it gets very busy. The accommodation was spotlessly clean but very old and tired in need of modernisation. Grounds little unkept. Parking 3-5 mins walk away in a carpark on the main road. Food shops short 5-10 mins walk. Busyish Bustling resort with few good restaurants repetitive after awhile and the wait for food was ridiculous in all of them but it is August. Villasimius very busy resort half hour in the car but definitely worthwhile. Cagliari is about 1 hour in the car again worth a visit. Waterpark was average... 30min away. With all this said we had a lovely time here and the accomodation had a rustic charm to it with owners who wanted to please we even hired a boat from Villasimius.

Ottima vacanza. Casa pulita e secondo la descrizione. L’auto non è necessaria. Tutti i negozi sono raggiungibili a piedi. La bellissima spiaggia è a reali 5 minuti ( anche meno) a piedi dal cancello di casa. La signora Marcella velocissima nel rispondere ad eventuali necessità. Nonostante bambini anche piccoli ci siamo riposati.

Wir hatten Strand Urlaub. Das Haus liegt nur 50 Meter von schönem Strand entfernt. Alles was du brauchst ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Günstigere Geschäfte und Abendpromenade gibt es 17 Km entfernt in Villasimius. Wie ist schön, aber alt: Fensterläden sollen repariert werden. Gibt es Mülltrennung und soll aufgepasst werden, wann und was soll vor dem Mauer aufgestellt werden. Parkplatz ist ca. 100 m entfernt. Bitte alte un d neue Hausnummer bei Vermieter fragen, weil Google Maps hat uns nicht zum richtigen Haus gebracht. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, antworten sofort auf von uns gestellte Fragen. Pinien im Garten machen wunderschönen Schatten, so gar bei +34 C kann man draußen sitzen. Sehr nützlich ist draußen Dusche vor dem Eingang. Leider können wir Garten nicht gießen, weil alte Schlauchanschluss war kaputt. Das Haus passt auch für Allergiker trotzt seiner Alter: zwei von uns haben Allergie gegen Katzenhaar und Pollen, aber keine Beschwerden wehrend Aufenthalt gehabt. Wir hatten tolle Urlaub und möchten uns bei unseren Vermieter bedanken. Viktor

We have just returned from a wonderful stay in Costa Rei. The house is situated right on the beach and has everything a family needs for a great holiday. The rooms are well furnished and the house is very comfortable. There are net screens on the windows which keeps the bugs out and allows the sea breeze to cool the house even on the hottest days. The restaurants and supermarkets are a very short walk from the house, there is a nice bakery and an ice cream shop also very close. Marcella is a wonderful host, she replies to any queries, questions or requests immediately and it all results in a wonderful holiday.

Das Haus befindet sich nur wenige Schritte von einem wirklich traumhaften kilometerlangen Sandstrand entfernt. Es liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend. Man hört nachts nichts außer das rauschen des Meeres. Dennoch sind Supermarkt, Restaurant und Kindererlebnispark in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns vor Ort alles erklärt. Wir hatten tolle Ferien. Dennoch muss das Haus wirklich überholt werden. Kein anderes Haus in der Wohngegend hat dieses Erscheinungsbild. Die Grundstücksmauer bröckelt auseinander, die Fensterläden lassen sich kaum schließen weil die Scharniere ausgebrochen sind, die Fliegengitter sind kaputt, jede Schublade klemmt und die Schränke riechen modrig. Gut waren die Betten und die Handtücher (sauber und flauschig). Der Garten mit den Pinien war wunderbar schattig, leider der einzige in der Anlage ohne Rasen.

Der Standort der Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung des Objektes und war hervorragend. Die Wohnung war strandnah und optimal für einen Strandurlaub gelegen. Zudem lag sie an einem der schönsten Strandabschnitte der Königsküste sprich Costa Rei. Die drei Schlafzimmer waren mit sehr guten Matratzen ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Die Küche war einfach und funktional ausgestattet. Die Wohnung lag zum Stadtzentrum optimal. Das heißt, Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsläden waren gut zu erreichen.

La posizione, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro, è sicuramente il motivo principale per la scelta di questa abitazione. Gli spazi sia interni che esterni sono abbastanza ampi ed in sei persone ci si vive comodamente. La casa è fornita di tutto. Unica pecca l'arredamento un po' datato e i bagni da rivedere.

Ci hanno accolto molto cortesemente la sig.ra e il marito..... Possiamo dire che nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene, aggiungerei alcune accuratezze tipo nelle camere armadi troppo piccoli per gli abiti magari qualche sedia in più e degli attacapanni appesi al muro abbiamo soggiornato in 6 persone e le attrezzature pe cucinare erano un po minime per il resto, la comodità della spiaggia era invidiabile .... vacanza molto piacevole

Das Hausbist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und Modernisierungen würden ihm sehr gut tun. Jedoch ist die Lage wirklich toll. Dazu noch sauber... Alles in allem eine schöne Zeit an der Costa Rei - immer wieder gerne! 👍🙂
