“We have been coming to Manasota Key for years and wasn’t sure what to expect after the hurricane. However, Island Breeze was perfect. Great location on the beach with an unobstructed view of the gorgeous Gulf. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. There are sadly still a lot of damaged properties along the beach but the progress has been amazing. I would definitely rebook with Island Breeze if available. ”

“My wife and I returned energized and relaxed. We had a fantastic time. The place is a hidden gym. Management was very attentive but laid back. The beaches are pristine, untouched nature. Marina next door where you can rent a boat. Phenomenal get away destination. We will be back.”

“Stay February of 2025. We've rented a few houses in Rotonda West, and this house by far one of the best houses we stayed at. The location was perfect, quiet and restful. The heated pool was perfect for us northerners. We had all the comforts of home. Vicky, our host, was a pleasure to work with and attended to our requests and issues in a timely manner. “My friends and I just spent 5 fun filled days at Gail and Tom’s beautiful home. The house is a big WOW the moment you walk through the door. It’s a beautiful and comfortable home with plenty of amenities. The heated pool was used every afternoon and/or evening and was the perfect temperature day or night. The bedrooms and baths were set up well to accommodate our group. It was easy to get up and out in the morning. The beach gear was great! Chairs and umbrellas for 5 people plus some great……

“Perfectly clean, perfectly appointed, & amazingly convenient! The public boat launch is across the canal & Florida’s favorite grocer only 1/2 mile away. Perhaps the best seafood restaurant for miles is literally at the end of the street. Yet the house is on a quiet street and a self-contained vacation in itself. Fully-stocked kitchen, game room, pool - a comfortable respite. We will definitely be back! On this trip we visited Stump Pass Beach State Park (beach side and bay side), Englewood……

“Our family of six was looking for some downtime to relax together and this place made that easy. The location is disconnected from the tourist hustle and bustle and gives you space to unwind. We enjoyed the empty beach, the warm pool and the condo balcony with a view! The condo was very comfortable and had all the accomodations we needed. “We had the best time staying at this pool house over Memorial Weekend! The place was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a fun, laid-back weekend with friends. The pool was perfect—we spent hours swimming, sunbathing, and just hanging out.One of the highlights was the BBQ grill—we fired it up every day and had some great meals outside on the patio. "I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us. Other than that, everything is okay for us. I would recommend this resort to my friends, and next time, I would still stay in this hotel."
