Reservei 2 quartos. O quarto PCD para minha mãe era excelente. Grande , espaçoso e muito bom para quem tem debilidade reduzida. Ja outro tipo de acomodação é bem pequena para um casal. O café da nanha poderia ter uma quantidade um pouco melhor. Mas a hospitalidade dis funcionarios é excelente. Um destaque para Caio da noite e Eliza do dia.

Péssima experiência

O quarto estava muito sujo, havia sido feito alguma instalação e não foi feita limpeza após, tinha um fino marrom no banheiro , e no chão do quarto. Comuniquei sobre a sujeira, levei até a recepção um papel q limpei a pia para mostrar o estado, e sai para meu compromisso, se comprometeram de limpar e nao limparam !! Sai do hotel as 5:30, o café da manhã é as 6:00, ja estavam montando a mesa, ja tinham algumas coisas pra comer, pedi pra tomar antes com oq tinha mesmo , pois em outros hotéis q estive isso é super comum, mas o rapaz disse q so tinha café da máquina, sendo que ja tinha bolo e pão exposto que eu vi… mas como o horário é somente às 6:00, era uma questão de bom senso dele e nao uma obrigação. Mas ressalto que tds hotéis q estive e precisei sair antes, deixaram numa boa ja tomar o café com oq ja estavam montando !! O atendimento na recepção demorou muito, fiquei parada uns 10 min pelo menos esperando para ser atendida, mas a moça nos tratou bem. Não sabia que tinha como incluir fotos na avaliação, é uma pena se não mostraria a sujeira do quarto!
