Last minute booking

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked last minute do to a funeral so our options were limited. We found this condo and booked it. We normally do not stay in a high rise building,we were surprised how nice our condo truly was. Condo and the complex were extremely clean, pool was cleaned and maintained every day, loved the little bar and grill the Salty Pickel. We would definitely stay here again. Only thing we would have changed is to stay longer. Thank you for the great experience.

Perfect for us!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious, clean, amazing view! Amenities were perfect for anyone but esp families with kids, staff was so helpful and kind. Plan to bring ALL supplies as the condo didn’t have quite enough of the basics (no laundry or dish soap, not enough dishwasher soap, no paper products, etc). Overall loved it and will be back next year for sure!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our stay. Comfortable unit. My one complaint would be the furniture on the balcony. Not a fan of the higher chairs and tables. Personaly I would like chairs that I could sit in and relax more. But just my opinion.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location . Helpful staff. Nice condo for the most part. Ceiling has experienced some damage? possibly flooding from above ? been halfway fixed. Running dehumidifier’s to keep out wet possibly moldy situation. Needs to be fixed. Not enough towels for a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit even with a washer dryer. had to go buy some. could b better for the price no doubt. mattress in 2nd bedroom not great

Reviewer Comments: pleasant.however, master bedroom was extremely cold, much colder than the rest of the condo. also, the seals around the sliding glass doors to the balcony were in need of repair and the vertical blinds on the sliding glass door are broken. they neither open or close all the way.

Fourth of July stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay here. We did have a couple minor maintenance issues, but it was addressed quickly. Very clean and everything you needed. I give the one question 3stars because the furniture could use an upgrade. The pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable. Overall, I would defiantly come back.

Family Vacation 2023 Unit 401

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall great oceanfront unit for our small family group. Bathrooms and kitchen clean and beds comfortable. Notified maintenance of washer backing up in bathroom sink and a/c condensation leaking in hallway and both fixed within 2 hours. Bedskirt and pillow need washing in master and balcony railing badly needs painting due to flaking paint. Pools and elevators are new or well maintained. Parking garage is very difficult to maneuver and needs to be larger to accommodate in/out traffic (husband who is a great driver hit the wall coming around curve due to no room for 2 cars). Fire alarm and pickup truck blocking the exit opening to parking garage. Pool bar is nice to have onsite.Large indoor hot tub.

Great condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented for the long Memorial Day weekend. The condo was great. It was very clean and everything worked properly. It has a fantastic view of the ocean. Being on the 4th floor is high enough to have a great vie and low enough to still feel like you are right on the beach. The only thing I would change would be to put a king bed in the ocean bedroom.
