Common area was full of games ( pool table, goose ball, etc. However, there was no comfortable seating. Minimal kitchen. Plus for large refrigerator. Watch TV from bed only. Few window coverings. Price was fair for what you get. Seemed like the game room from the upstairs unit was rented as a one bedroom.
