Second bedroom was smaller than I thought with no closet, and you get a smell of mold when you first walk in other than that, we had a lovely stay.

The host was very nice and took care of an issue we had on the spot to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The location was amazing, a close walk to the best pier in SC, the beach, food, and fun. The inlet view from the room was beautiful. Wish I would have discovered this spot 15 years ago.

wonderful time

Me and my family had a great time on our vacation! The location of the condo is perfect. You can walk to the little shops or down to the pier. There is a pool and hot tub and the best view of the inlet. The host did a great job with communication and answering any questions we had. The staff was very polite and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

perfect visit

This is the second time we stayed here and both times we have enjoyed our stay. The homeowner is excellent for staying in touch and the staff at the condo is fantastic. The location is perfect! We will surely book again next year.

nice and relaxing

I enjoyed our stay. The condo was cozy and had all that I needed to enjoy a weekend at the beach. The fishing was so much fun and we enjoyed it! The golf cart rental was right across the street and everything you needed was right around the corner. Great location to everything!

A little piece of heaven

Location, location, location! You are in the middle of it all...easy walk to the beach and quick drive to the best seafood ever. If you're looking for a short getaway or a long vacation, look no further. This should be your choice!

Very nice stay

My family stayed at this nice condo for a little getaway before school started. Everything was very nice and had everything you needed. It is very close to the beach. My kids enjoyed the arcade right next door and also ice cream. The pool was cools and refreshing with fishing off the dock. We would definitely come back to stay here!!!

Cozy condo

We were very pleased with the condo. Within walking distance to the beach. Several restaurants and bars close by. The pool was nice and the view of the inlet was beautiful.

Great place!

Our family had a great vacation here. The condo was clean, the owners had great communication and the pool, deck and dock were perfect for some down time after the beach. Location was perfect and within walking distance to everything we needed. Thanks for having us!

Cozy, clean, close to beach

Stayed 4/5-8, 2023. Good location, easy walk to beach. Biggest complaint is that pool and hot tub are out of order and the owner was not aware. (I notified him and was offered a discount on a future stay, which was nice.). Empty pool is roped off, but could be hazardous for small kids. Accommodations were clean, some candy wrappers inside sofa bed and extra linens were not left for us. (Luckily had packed a set just in case.). Screened in porch was nice, but large palm blocked most of view. Still would recommend for the off-season lower price point, due to proximity to the beach and activities.

Great destination

The room worked great for our family. The pictures you see on the site are true to what you will find. The size of condo is also spacious enough for our family of 5. You can't beat the location to the fun downtown of Garden City, the arcade, pier, local shops and fun restaurants. The management staff is very kind and helpful. Pat, the owner, answered all of my questions quickly. We rented this space because we wanted to go fishing and you can't beat the access to the inlet because the wharf is right at your back door. The pool and hot tub are also nice. We caught a lot of fish, blue crab and shrimp off of the wharf. There's also an area to clean your catch. So convenient. There were also lockable closets available to store your fishing gear so you don't have to take it to your room. We would return again.

The room was nice and clean. I was allowed in early in the day simply because it was ready and they let me know. I felt safe and the view was nice from the porch. If I was cooking much though there is limited utensils and cookware but sufficient for my stay. Towels are thin but nice having a washer and dryer right there and I had plenty of supplies for just me.

Nice But not clean

Over it was a nice stay but the cleanliness was a little less than you would expect dirty bathroom blood stains on sheets had to sleep on the couch because of how gross that was. dead bugs everywhere and so much more. I did contact the owner and was thanked for bringing it to their attention and that was it! I rarely say much in reviews however they could have at least refunded some of what I paid seeings how we left it cleaner that we got it But lesson learned! I was a local until 8 months ago and have seen many places like this sadly. I only hope they do check on how clean the place is before they rent out again.
