Family Spring Break Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was perfect! Great location, fantastic pool, amazing beach! The view from the porch was so great and a perfect spot to drink coffee every morning. It was very clean. The beds were comfy. There was a lot of room. We just enjoyed it so much! Will definitely be renting again!

Good family vacation location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A good place for grands and the family. Beach access, lovely back screened porch and a pool! Kaylee was extremely helpful from start to finish. The dryer malfunctioned and was not fixed, but they made accomodations. Space was clean and inviting. Would suggest they get rid of scratched teflon pans and buy new stainless but otherwise the kitchen was stocked adequately. Would come again.

Disappointing Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I appreciated the new pillows and paint but otherwise the unit was not well maintained. The screen on the porch was torn off and one of the towel racks was pulled off the wall. I have stayed in this unit in the past and enjoyed it, but the whole building needs upkeep. There are cracks in the pool, no lights in the pool and a light leading to the beach was off. These problems were communicated to Garden City Realty on Saturday when we moved in but I never saw a repair person.
