Coastal Time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was easy to find in a convenient location. Plenty of space and overall clean. Random mismatched furniture in the ground level hall. While I know it is still early in the season the outside landscaping is the home was full of weeds and dead plants. Furniture around the patio and deck just thrown around, outdoor cushions covered with pollen and mildew, no working outdoor lights in the back yard. If outdoor space was spruced up the rental would be lovely.

Beautiful Home on a Quiet Street Near Everything

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was an amazing rental for our family. Checking in with the keypad was easy and all instructions provided beforehand were easy to understand. The house is on a quiet street but is near the main roads of Murrell's Inlet so you can easily access the town. The interior of the home is very inviting with comfortable, well maintained furniture, great natural light, and plenty of space for our family of 7. The full two car garage was able to fit all of our vehicles including a boat on the driveway. This place had everything we could need and more for cooking family meals, just be sure to bring some cooking essentials like oil and spices. The screened in rear porch is great if you would like to get outside but not eaten up. The pool and hot tub were both extremely clean and refreshing. We will definitely be booking again when we are back in the area.

We loved the pool and hot tub especially with tropical storm Debby raining on and off our whole week. It was nice to have a nice place to come back to and relax.

We had a great weekend stay! The place was very clean and had plenty of space for our group of 8 to relax comfortably. The layout was perfect for hanging out together, and we never felt cramped. Would definitely stay here again!

This property is in need of some TLC, the yard and landscaping is not taken care of at all. Very apparent it’s just used and abused. All plants are dead in pots. The concrete around the pool has so much debris you cannot walk barefoot at all. You can’t swim in the pool let alone sit in the hot tub the mosquitos will literally eat you alive.

Great Location in Beautiful Accommodations

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed Coastal Time. The home is nicely updated. Very clean. Location is wonderful. The only items we would suggest considering includes the gas grill - igniting switch didn’t work and there isn’t a long lighter in site; the grill was also very dirty inside. Had to clean before cooking. The kitchen didn’t have storage containers. The pool and hott tub area was infested with mosquitoes and maybe due to all the rain but would have been used more if it had been treated prior to the visit. Also a light in the pool would be helpful for night swimming.Overall great stay. The ease of making the reservation and information for check was great. The additional information regarding suggested activities ,and restaurants was very helpful. Thank you!
