Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was very nice. Everything was clean and location was great. Nice view of the ocean and access was directly across the street.we had a great time. Only thing I would prefer next time is an elevator. The climb to the second floor is not for the elderly.

If I owned this unit, I remove both screens on the balcony’s. We loved everything thing about condo otherwise. Any interaction with the GC Realty was always prompt,informative and pleasant.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was so pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, view, amenities, streamlined process,communication,and quality of the condo! We could not have asked for a better view of or access to the beach! There were two balconies and both allowed us a perfect view of the ocean! The owners went above and beyond to make sure the condo was "stocked" with the necessities for our stay. We would definitely love to visit again!
