Our cottage is where vacation memories are made and is 2nd Row from the ocean (75 yds) in the cottage community of Sunset Square and located on a dead-end street. No ocean view but ocean breezes. Cozy 2 BR/ 2 BA. Queen, 2 twins and sofa sleeper in living room. New recliner and new washer and dryer. Spectrum WiFi and cable service. Smart TV. The traveler booking the cottage may be asked to provide a photo ID. The traveler's minimum age to rent this cottage is 25.

A furnished and fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need during your stay for a meal or quick snack. All major appliances plus toaster, blender, crock pot (slow cooker) standard and Keurig coffee makers. Grill up some burgers and steaks on the new outdoor charcoal grill. Enjoy the ocean breeze on the deck.

POOL:
The community pool is shared by 17 homes and is seasonal May - September.

Conveniently located to many of the 100+ restaurants in Garden City and the fishing village of Murrells Inlet. The popular Garden City Fishing Pier is 1.1 miles from the cottage.

The Neighborhood
The popular Garden City Beach Fishing Pier is fun for the whole family and is a great spot to fish, has frequent live music and an arcade.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a fishing village known as the 'Seafood Capital of South Carolina'. While in town, also visit the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, a half-mile long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning seafood and barbecue restaurants.

We're conveniently located to retail stores, the best golf courses along the Strand, entertainment attractions, charter fishing, water sports…and of course, good food and relaxation.

POLICIES - please read our policies listed below.

1) No pets allowed per HOA rules for the rental cottages.
2) Minimum age to book our cottage is 25. A photo ID may be requested prior to the arrival date.
3) The traveler booking the cottage must be staying at the rental.
4) No group gatherings exceeding 6 guests are allowed at our privately owned cottage. Parties are prohibited.
One security camera outside the cottage. No cameras inside the cottage.
5) Limited parking for 3 vehicles under the cottage plus a golf cart or small trailer. No space available for overflow parking. Large, covered trailers may not fit under the cottage due to the narrow dead-end street.
6) No smoking or vaping inside the cottage. Smoking on the deck is ok.

The traveler who booked the rental is responsible for their group.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended.
Garden City is known as a golf cart community. You can bring your own or rent from a local business.

EARLY DEPARTURES:
We are unable to refund for early check-outs. The only exception - the Governor issued a mandatory evacuation of ZONE A which is the Zone the cottage is located.
