Home is located in a family-friendly gated community across the street from Surfside Beach. Enjoy this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in Oceanside Village, with on-site amenities including outdoor & indoor pools, kids splash pad, athletic courts, and more. The Home is close to local attractions, including restaurants, shopping, theaters, shows, golf, and the BEACH. Take advantage of the private beach access available to neighborhood guests - you're only a 4 minute walk, or 2 minute golf car ride to the beach. Home boasts an equipped kitchen, dining space, living room, and full-sized laundry with washer & dryer. Enjoy the wrap-around porch with view of the ocean & canal, where wildlife often congregate.
