Newly Renovated, Like New. Steps away from beach with ocean views.

This house began with our grandfathers love of the ocean and a dream of owning a house at the beach to share with family. Now, after many years his legacy has been passed down to us. We are so excited to have been able to completely renovate our beach house to accommodate our growing family and to keep his memory and dream alive. With the renovations we have designed a new house that is bright and open with all new appliances, furniture with plenty of space to spread out.

We are located first row with spectacular views of the ocean. With less than a 3-minute walk to the nearest public beach entrance it is conveniently located to take a walk on the beach to enjoy fabulous sunrises.

Not only are we in a secure gated community but Oceanside Village also offers great amenities. It has 3 pools, including an indoor heated pool and a great children's pool with a splash area. There is also tennis, pickle ball, volleyball, playground, basketball and bocce ball courts. Plenty of things to keep your family entertained.

The Ocean is literally across the street which can be seen from inside the house and deck. When the sun gets to be too much, we are a short walk back to our large, covered porch where you can rest and still enjoy the ocean views in the shade.
We also have an outdoor shower to wash off the sand when you come back from the beach.

Rates include all bed linens and bath towels. We also provide cleaning and laundry at your departure, so all you have to do is pack when leaving. We do not provide beach or pool towels. Please bring towels for the beach and pools.

We love to cook so our kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you could need.

The house has a keypad entry, so you don't have the hassle of dealing with keys.

The large covered front porch is our favorite spot, which is basically another room. It is a perfect spot for your morning coffee, or just hanging out. It is also a great place to comfortably watch fireworks without having to go down to the beach.

Our kitchen with a large island is wide open and makes it easy to prepare a meal with plenty of cabinet space. We also have a large dining room table inside and a table on the deck if additional seating is needed.

We have 3 bedrooms with queen beds, the fourth bedroom, small, but has a 2 sets of twin bunk beds, this room is perfect for kids. Each bedroom has a smart Tv and an individual wall unit so you can adjust the temperature separately from the other rooms.
We have 2 full baths. One with a tub and the other with a walk-in shower.

There is a large laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The Living room has a sofa, love seat, and comfortable chair to enjoy the ocean views. The living room also has a smart 70-inch television, and secure wireless internet.

There is an additional exit and entrance to Oceanside Village just across from the Conch Cafe and Oceanside's private beach parking lot. A key card can be easily rented at the main office in Oceanside for $20. They will refund you $10 when you return the card at the end of your visit. A key card is needed to access Oceanside's private beach parking lot.

The Garden City Pier is just one mile south, and the Surfside Pier is one mile north. Both areas have great restaurants, fishing, and activities for the family.
Oceanside Village is conveniently located in Surfside Beach, close to Myrtle Beach's airport. Just a short drive to the seafood capital of the south, Murrells Inlet, with great restaurants. If you grow tired of the beach, we are also close to Market Common's, Myrtle Beach's boardwalk, and Broadway on the Beach. Myrtle Beach is also known as a golf destination with plenty of golf courses, par 3's, Top Golf and many miniature golf courses. There are also 2 water parks, a flea market, restaurants, and shopping nearby.

Golf carts may be rented by the day or the entire week from the Oceanside Village office.

We adhere to a minimum age requirement of 25 years, due to insurance and community restrictions. No uncompanioned individual or groups under the age of 25 are allowed.

We have added security with a camera located outside.

Seven-night minimum stay required during June, July and August.

No pets or smoking allowed.
