The bathroom is right in the hall with a tub/shower combo with vanity.

KITCHEN - KITCHEN / DINING AREA: This kitchen is very large and has an open concept and fully stocked for all your cooking needs. This kitchen is ideal for a family vacation with the open concept to the living room area so everyone can enjoy each other's company. This kitchen has a large island and barstools along with the kitchen table for seating.

LIVING ROOM: The living room has a 2 full-size couch's, love seat, and side chair, coffee table, end table with lamp. Smart TV with cable access and Free WIFI. The living room is open to the kitchen and dining area.

DECK- The deck area overlooks a large lake, with seating for everyone for your early morning coffee, or your fun evening BBQ's. The ducks love to float area in this area and visit. This deck will be the center point of your stay, we are absolutely sure you will enjoy it as much as we do.

- Pets: NO PETS are allowed at the home or in the home!

- Events/Large groups: No more than 6 guests are to occupy the unit each night. Large parties or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit, but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.

Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 10:00pm thru 8:00am. YOU MUST Be respectful of all of the neighbors & The Property Rules!!

Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
