Beautiful 12th floor condo with ocean views

Loved the views and the condo was very spacious three bedrooms and three bathrooms We will rent the same unit again Very close to Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington State Park which we loved.

Reviewer Comments: Overall the property was very nice just as expected however when we were there the penthouse above us was being renovated and this was being done at all hours of the day and night so some nights all you could hear was banging and moving of equipment above us interrupting our sleep. When we contacted our rental company we were told that they would find out what was going on and give us a call back once they did. I guess they never found anything out because I’m still waiting for the return phone call. But like I said the condo itself was beautiful, would definitely stay there again if we ever decide to use Garden City Realty again but that is still up in the air due to the lack of communication.

We were not disappointed in our selection of condos or Garden city. The condo was exceptionally clean and located in a great area for our plans. We absolutely loved this property. Everything from check in until check out was easy and all of the communication from property management was timely and helpful. We will definitely be booking this property again anytime we go to Myrtle Beach. You will not be disappointed if you book this property. I only hope that you and your family have as great of an experience as we did.

Nice Location but lose the fireworks

However, we were Plagued by nightly fireworks exploding right outside our balcony until midnight or so. Fireworks are prohibited but no one was enforcing this. Washer very slow and noisy.

Sheets for twin beds need to be deep pocket for the bottom as it is very hard to use regular ones n these beds. Everything else has been taken care of. Thank you Garden City Realty.
