New to the rental market! Come relax and rejuvenate in this tranquil, beautifully updated home located on one of the most desirable streets in Oceanside Village. Bring the family and enjoy this spacious 1450 sq ft retreat. It boasts an open concept kitchen and living area, along with 2 BR and 2 BA. Kitchen is fully stocked to include Kuerig. There is a plush King Bed in the Master BR along with en suite BA, and 2 Full Beds in the guest BR. A pullout loveseat adds additional sleeping space in the LR. Televisions are located in the living room, both bedrooms, and on covered front porch for everyone to enjoy. For those needing a home office, there is a convenient workspace provided with wifi and hard connection. Kick back and enjoy your morning coffee or meals with friends and family on the beautiful, covered porch with outdoor seating and loungers. There is comfortable parking for 2 vehicles. Linens and Towels will be provided. Our home is professionally cleaned before each guest’s arrival. There is also a variety of beach equipment and games for your enjoyment. Guests of Oceanside Village have access to a variety of recreational facilities, ensuring endless fun and relaxation right at your doorstep. Amenities include indoor heated pool and hot tub, outdoor pool and hot tub, kids splash pad, playground, basketball court, bocce ball, volleyball, tennis and pickle ball. Best of all, we will provide a complimentary golf cart that can be driven within Oceanside Village and to the private beach front parking area. Enjoy riding through the village or to the community pools. Fitness center is available for a small fee. Many restaurants close by as well as an 18 hole golf course. Snowbird discounts available Jan-Mar. There is a 7 night minimum stay from Memorial Day until Labor Day, Saturday until Saturday. Guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement and a golf cart agreement. Due to insurance restrictions, no one under 21 will be allowed to drive the golf cart.
