Great place on the water
I was a little nervous with this being a new listing without reviews, but the place was really nice and just as pictured. The building itself is also very well taken care of. The host was very nice and informative during check in. Surfside is a great area and much better for the families trying to vacation. Will definitely be booking again.

Dated Unit/Needs Work
The location, pool, amenities of the establishment were great; however, the owner has NOT invested in this property. You can tell that the unit has been flooded. All bath vanities, dressers, etc. are peeling and warped on the bottom from water. Minimal decor, loose kitchen faucet, cheap rugs/furnishings, damaged dishwasher, cheap balcony furniture, etc. The management company was amazing; however, we would not stay in this unit again. There are so many other updated units in the building for the same rental price.

Great location
First issue was parking. We booked thru VRBO and the parking restrictions were hidden. It stated parking garage. We drive a stock F250 and it is too tall to fit. When we called the agent it was after hours. The agent said they would call us back but never did. My wife recently had back surgery and struggled to walk let alone from down the street where we had to park. The laundry doors falling apart Counce worn out and the entire building is in serious need of a make over
