What a beautiful property and location! The home has stunning views right on the beach, you couldn’t ask for more. Great house for large families with many bedrooms and bathrooms. Owner is extremely responsive to any needs which is so important. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful beachfront property!!

WONDERFUL FAMILY BEACH VACATION

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were 12 members of our family (age 78 down to 5) and we all had a fabulous time! Each family had their own bedroom, t.v. and bathroom. The house is decorated beautifully with "beachy" decor. The wall of windows on the front (oceanside) were amazing. We had everything we needed. Hoping to go there again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful relaxing vacation at Southern Charm. The view from the floor to ceiling windows in the living room and the deck is outstanding. The home had nice furnishings and we made good use of the pool. The only thing I would recommend is an inventory of the owner's belongings after each checkout. We did not notice several small items were missing until we needed them. I doubt the owner's were even aware as it was apparent much thought was put into stocking the home. We loved our 2-week stay and Baskaway and would rent the home again!
