This 14th floor oceanfront unit has a spectacular panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean, breathtaking sunrises from the comfort of your own balcony. Garden City Beach is a perfectly located, tranquil beach just south of the excitement of Myrtle Beach and conveniently located just north of Murrell's Inlet known as the 'seafood capital' of the south.

This unit has new furniture, new 48" flat panel TV in LR, TV in BR, WIFI, cable TV with over 150 channels. All of the amenities of home, at the beach, with incredible views and family fun.

Water's Edge is a 15 story concrete & steel building on the ocean. On-site you will enjoy the convenience of the Rising Tides Oceanfront Lounge, Oceanfront Mini mart and Cafe. The complex has an indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. Walking distance on the beach to the oceanfront Conch Cafe for outdoor oceanfront dining.

There are over 100 nearby golf courses, shopping, fine dining, casual dining, entertainment theaters, water parks, miniature golf, and all the fun your family will enjoy only minutes away. This was one of the more spacious properties i have stayed at. The full kitchen was awesome, 2 baths & plenty of room to move around. The ocean view was also stunning! The place was very clean & made us feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here.

The view is breathtaking from the 14th floor. The condo had everything you needed and additional items that you wouldn’t think of. Everything was ready when we arrived; parking pass and pool wrist bands. The only downside was that we wish we had more vacation time. We will be back!!

Condo was awesome parking was a no go for us luckily we had family staying across street so we could park our truck which would not fit without getting scraped in parking deck just wish we would have been told this before hand how tight it was and yea we have a standard Ram 2500 not lifted , , I know parking on street was ok but never available overall great stay

View is spectacular! Property is nice and the area is away from the heart of Myrtle Beach which was great for us. We were close enough to do everything we wanted to do but far enough away to have a more relaxing vacation. The only drawback I have to mention is that the pool is not heated. It might not matter in July and August. Maybe not even by the 2nd week of June. But for May the pool was too cold. Our fault for not noticing that the listing did not say that the pool was heated. I happen to enjoy going in the pool and was unable to until the last day. There was really no one in the pool until the weather really started heating up toward the end of our trip. For me, that's a deal breaker. Other people might not care. So everything but the pool was excellent.

We just our Garden City stay and could not be happier. The unit was as advertised and exactly matched the pictures provided in the listing. The view is incredible and provided hours of sea views and ocean sounds. The property was quiet providing a pleasant sleep environment. The addition of the dresser top fan was a nice addition since there wasn't a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Everything was clean upon arrival. The furnishings are comfortable and well maintained. Parking was easy and was not overcrowded. The pool and deck areas were still being repaired from last year's hurricane damage but these are amenities that are not at the top of our list for enjoyment. Once completed, the pool/deck area appears to be top notch. Overall, we would book this listing again.

My family drive 22 hours for our vacation this year. The Hosts were amazing from the start to accommodate my needs! The property was super clean and had pretty much everything we needed! The view was beautiful and the unit was super quiet and appreciated where it was located on property! We especially appreciated the covered parking lot! The only drawback (not owners’ fault) were the elevators. There are only (2) for all 15 floors. On checkout day (1) was broken, so it took about 40 mins to get an elevator to get down to our car. Taking 14 flights of stairs with all our stuff was not an option! There was also a weird request from maintenance to come in and spray for bugs while we were there. We just asked them to come back at a different time NOT during our stay and they obliged. We had a great time and would highly recommend this property and would stay here again!

Absolutely love staying here. Nice location with great beach access. Far enough from Myrtle Beach to not be in the crowd but not too far, everything is accessible with a 30 minute drive.
