"This is a great hotel- the staff is amazing! Very kind, they care about you being comfortable in the apartment (which was a beautiful space!) and around the city. They were proactive before our stay, helped show us how to get in, offered to help with navigating the city. Their passion does not go unnoticed and they should be proud of the great business they have created.
Thank you!! "

"We had a great stay at Musto Suites, excellent location. Andrea was very charming and helpful, he served us a lovely breakfast. We had booked a double room but at check in, Andrea offered us a bigger room that was available, we appreciated the bigger space and could see ancient ruins from one of the windows. Definitely stay there again if we’re go to Naples."

"Nice place to stay that is walking distance to many things. Staff was very pleasant and helpful and a great breakfast spread is made each morning. There is a delicious pizza joint right across the street. "

"I have never left a review before, but Atelier Inès B&B truly deserves it – what a gem! As you drive through the wonderful chaos and maze of Napoli, suddenly you arrive at Atelier Inès B&B – and it feels as though you have stepped into a secret garden.
The house is filled with beautiful art, the rooms are spacious, spotless, and so comfortable. The staff could not be warmer or more attentive, and the breakfast in the back courtyard was simply delicious. You would never imagine you are right in...

"Exterior did not look like the pictures on website. Did not see any sky views. The guy who met us and checked us in was very helpful. Big plus. The airport transport was around 10 minutes drive and cost a whopping 40 EUR. Was ok for a quick 12 hour stay. "

"We loved our stay at La Strada Parlata. You are on narrow Italian street with a balcony that overlooks shops and cafes and gives you a real feel of being away. The flat was clean and newly done up. Bottles of water and breakfast was left in the fridge free of charge and the Wifi worked well.
It is perfectly positioned for all the sites of Naples and a twenty minute walk from the station or the port to explore Pompeii or the Islands"

"Decent flat, everything worked, good breakfast (but basic - you have to pay for extras like scrambled eggs) - friendly helpful staff espec Marco who sorted out our taxi for us. Great location but the street outside is very noisy when you exit the building (which had double glazing thankfully). Overall quite expensive for what it was, but we were happy there "

"We only stayed here one night as Naples was just one leg of our journey. But It's Room Naples is now our go to hotel anytime we are staying in Naples. Convenient to all the shops and restaurants of Via San Gregorio Armeno. Very safe location."

"Our stay in Naples was perfectly located — right on the edge of the old historic center and just a 10-minute walk from the main train station. It made getting around the city (and beyond) super easy, which was ideal for our family of four as we continued our Interrail journey through Italy.
We loved how convenient everything was — with a cozy café and a pharmacy less than 50 meters from our hotel, we had everything we needed right on our doorstep.
The room itself was bright, clean, and spacious, with beds that were wonderfully comfortable after long travel days. The bathroom was a great large, modern, and with a powerful walk-in shower that felt amazing after exploring the city’s bustling streets. The roof terrace where you have breakfast was a fantastic surprise and gave for a brilliant viewing point of the street surrounded by planted trees and herbs. A super addition to the accommodation.
The staff were friendly and gave us hints and tips, as well as places to see on the maps they provided.
Definitely recommend.
Overall, it was the perfect base for discovering Naples — a great mix of comfort, convenience, and authentic city charm."
"Just to give reference we stayed in room 512, which had a balcony over the street side of the Hotel.
The room was a good size, clean and with modern fittings. The balcony was perfect as you could watch the traffic below which offers hours of entertainment!
Franceso and Damiana on reception were exceptional. The advice we received on which local restaurants to try was spot on, they even took into account that we would prefer not to cross any roads if possible, as anyone knows who has visited Naples, the roads are a law unto themselves in this city!
The balcony was great and the windows excellent at blocking out all the street noises. To top it off the Roof Terrace gives excellent views across the city and further afield to Vesuvius.
While i appreciate some of the comments i had read about the homeless situation in the surrounding area, you are a matter of yards from the main train station and this situation, unfortunately, is the same in most cities i have visited across europe. However there is a constant police presence in the area so it didn't feel unsafe.
Breakfast offers a good selection and it was all extremely tasty, we tried as much as we could!
So for price, quality of facilities, location (i.e. next to train station) and service received i would say this is an excellent choice of hotel.
The one and only negative, which is something we had at other hotels in our travels across Italy, was the lack of a fridge in the room. "
"Excellent location, amazingly quiet considering being next to the train station, lots of dinning options. Also excellent and professional staff. Would stay again."
"Room was fantastic, Nicola was fantastic. He got us in a room early, offered lots of information, got us a taxi and all around very nice polite guy. "
"The staff members were wonderful. They were very helpful and friendly. On our last day we had to leave at 5:15 AM to catch a flight. Michael, the staff member on duty, was amazing. He arranged for our taxi to the airport and processed our check out quickly and professionally.
The hotel was very clean and beautiful. We were disappointed that the pool was not open, but we stayed in mid-October. The breakfast was wonderful - many quality items to pick from. The location was walkable from the train station. The neighborhood was noisy, but with our window closed it did not bother us. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!"
"The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are small but clean and efficient. Breakfast buffet has lots choices. We had some rainy days and found retreat in the covered courtyard, where you can order drinks and snacks. "
