"Great stay at the hotel. Room is clean and enough space for us and had a side view of Taipei 101. The staffs are very nice and attentive at the front door. We purchased the breakfast package and it was a good way to start the day each morning and fill our tummy before heading out to explore Taiwan. Hotel had water filter so we were able to fill our water bottles which helped us save money and helped the environment. "

"Overall I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It is conveniently located close to the MRT station and a short walk to the airport train station. It is also right around the corner from a busy pedestrian shopping area with lots of shopping and dining options. The hotel is a Japanese chain, so many aspects of the hotel are Japanese including the bathroom layout (separate toilet from sink and bath) and lots of Japanese items at the breakfast buffet. If I had realized this beforehand I may have chosen a different hotel as I really wanted a ‘Taiwan’ experience and would have appreciated more local options for breakfast. The service was excellent, especially Louis who checked us in and provided us assistance throughout our stay. "
