“When I purchased the room it had different pictures of the studio. It never said that the red couch in the living room was sofá couch and that's where you would sleep. It said it had one bedroom , and it still does , there is no bedroom . The bed was a pull out bed from the couch . When I got to the room , there was no sofá couch. I messaged the owner and they said it was an error from Expedia. Ihave pictures to show as proof of what I booked. They charged me about 400 dollars a night which is……

In the weeks leading up to our arrival she touched base with me to see if I had any questions or if she could help with anything. Automated check in was great and I never needed to contact the staff, other than to get my Ticino Ticket emailed to me. Make sure to use the Ticino discount Ticket at almost any attraction, and all public transit in the Canton. Big news for cat lovers, there is a shy but friendly long hair tabby in the area that wonders……
