"Everything has been great every time we have stayed here except the exact same issue: checking in and checking out. Every single time we have checked in and checked out, we have had to stand there waiting and waiting on an employee to show up at the desk. There is no bell. No way to get anyone’s attention. And there is never anyone standing behind the desk. This is the ONLY hotel I have ever stayed at nationwide where we have to hunt down someone to check in. If that’s going to be the case, why require it at all? Why don’t you just have automated checkin/out like the AirB&B places do so we don’t even have to deal with a person at all? That would be so much easier. I hope this problem gets fixed in the future. It’s really awkward and uncomfortable to just have to stand there with no other option ESPECIALLY if we are in a hurry. "

"Im just not coming back. Took an hour just to geinternet because its farmed out to a third party. Sink stopper lever didnt work. Room Door handle was repaired in a non standard way without manufacturers parts. poor maintenance habits can destroy a good facility quickly and this one is well on its way. sink faucet leaked at the handle if you weren't gentle opening the water flow, etc...."
