Good resort but bad experience

[Unprofessional Reception Staff] Upon arriving at the hotel, we were told by reception that they could only find 1 of 2 bookings we made when we clearly showed proof of booking for 2 rooms at 2 nights each. The staff is amazing and very welcoming. The Motel itself is nice to stay for couple of nights (clean, delicious breakfast, good wi-fi). Close to the bus station and dining places. We would highly recommend Galaxy Motel for the stay in Hpa-An.
