The property we stayed at was great. Our problem was with booking. We were told to go to one resort for check in. We got to resort, and they could not find our listing. After an hour, finally found that they had changed our reservation to another resort because over booking, but did not tell us, and then it was another 25 mins away. Wasted 45 minutes trying to check in to a resort that no record of us with very angry little kids in the car. Very frustrating.
