Worst Rental company ever

Unit was not cleaned up to any standards. Coffee maker toilet and AC broken. Took 2.5 days to get AC working. Dishwasher has standing water in it for god only knows how long that stinks so badly. Customer service (texting only) is a joke. Stay clear of big fish rentals entirely.

Nice enough...

We appreciated the minimal decorations, but would prefer a few more necessities: a sponge that does not exactly match the lacking toilet brush in the second bathroom, a baking pan and salt and pepper. The entry door handle only worked by turning it in one specific direction (which would have been nice to know so getting into the condo did not become stressful). The maintenance of the property could have been better: taped shower pan and obvious water leak issues just covered with corner drywall protection. Finally, the second bathroom shower had to be turned off by an adult because it was fixed poorly and required extra torque.The issues that had nothing to do with the owner: we didn't automatically receive the door code to enter the condo and when we did, it was not the correct one! We picked this property for the view and great balcony. However, every morning the pool cleaning crew would loudly use profanities that forced our family breakfast time indoors. We just hand washed the dishes, but the previous tenant had put them away dirty (may have been a dishwasher issue). We had to wash all of the towels because the ones given felt dirty. We used the pull out couch for a bed, but it was clear that it had not been swept out in quite some time (crackers, Gushers wrappers, dust all on the floor). The hallway also had the same chicken wing bone laying on the floor the whole time. The entry doors to get to the elevators never locked. The gate at the garage was broken.
