Enjoyed the time i did have being my son was admtted to hospital. I was very pleased with my 3 bedroom suite it was very clean also kitchen had everything i needed.

Very good location, lots to do for all age groups, the only flaw is water pressure in the kitchen but not a big deal overall we all enjoyed and we will be coming back.

Family vacation, 2023

This is the perfect place to come when you’re not sure of the Myrtle Beach weather. The indoor waterpark was fantastic as were the outdoor pools on the hot days. We enjoyed the fact that there was a restaurant on site and a gift shop. Would stay there again

Amazing experience

The rooms were all clean, view was beautiful, and it felt larger than the pictures showed. It was a really great experience. The beach was right there. There were almost too many options for pools. The host was responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend.

Cal Ripken Experience Trip

All was fine except for shower leak/drip. Manager responded but leak wasn’t repairable during our stay. Guests needed earplugs in to sleep in the bedroom connected to that bathroom.

This condo is nothing more than a high price motel 6. Owner knew fridge wasn’t working and didn’t disclose it. We went 3 days without refrigeration. Furniture is cheap junk as are the beds. Good luck.

Great stay

We have now stayed at Dunes through the resort and through the Raffias. We love dunes village. The amenities are awesome- water park, lazy river, kids activities, upgraded playground, beach. It’s awesome for rainy days and great weather. This condo was immaculate - very clean, with everything you needed to clean. It had a vacuum! The resort one did not and everything is carpet so it drove me nuts. The three bedrooms were spacious and beds very firm. The view was outstanding. Like all angle ocean front units the placement of the microwave and stove was not throught out and the microwave only opens part way- still usable. The kitchen is fully outfitted- but the knives aren’t very sharp. Bring food storage containers (there is not any). The fridge before it was filled kept thjnga cool not cold. Once we packed it - it was fine. The slider has a hefty duty lock on it which I appreciated with two toddlers. (Petrified of them climbing on the balcony). I read other reviews none of the 9 of us experienced any bed bugs whatsoever. The very mild cons- was needs some very basic upkeep from significant use. Repainting some door edges, new outlets(lose from overuse), and paint on baseboards. There were beach chairs, toys and a fan there for use (so appreciated!) I would definately stay here again, owners were responsive, amenities great for kids. Travelled tip- bring swimmers shampoo chlorine can be intense ! Enjoy your stay.

Disappointed

Very disappointed. Reached out to the owners to discuss issues and received nothing but an argumentative stance. Cost us a lot of money having to throw out all our food in the refrigerator and our daughters medication. Had to replace our daughters medication and pay for it all out of pocket because our insurance would not cover another prescription in this short time frame. Had to go out to eat more times then we planned on because we had to throw out the food and couldn’t replace anything because the owners did not fix the refrigerator once they were informed it was broken. We did find some bugs crawling throughout the condo. The microwave does not open all the way, due to how they installed it. Making it hard to put larger dishes into it. Smoking all over the property, broken glass and trash thrown everywhere. Guests throwing huge parties, extremely loud music and yelling late into the night. Had to complain to guests services, which they then called law enforcement because things were so out of control. The beds were very uncomfortable, pillows very flat and uncomfortable.

Family vacation

Dunes Village was spacious and fit our family of five comfortably. We enjoyed the water park and the beach everyday. The apartment had everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation.

Wonderful family-friendly getaway

Great stay. The condo location was so convenient (near elevator), the kitchen was well-stocked, and the beds were *so* comfortable (even my 70-year-old parents agreed). We will certainly be booking again.

Few issues with rental. No tub stooper, microwwave handle brooke, front door slams shut, cabint doesnt open completely by stove, no extra blanket for pull out bed. No plastic storage for left overs, but as i mentioned great location and stay.

Excellent Accommodations

This was an excellent choice for our accommodations during our spring break trip to Myrtle Beach. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. There were a few slight odd things in the kitchen, like the microwave door not being able to open fully, the wheels on the bottom rack of the dishwasher were missing and one of the cabinet doors couldn't open all the way due to the oven sticking out. The washing machine is a stacking front loader and the rubber gasket was moldy. This was a great place to stay with children. The indoor pool area with multiple hot tubs, slides and the lazy river were great. The condo is within an easy walk to the beach. We loved our trip and look forward to going back!
