The unit was very close to the beachfront. Loved the capability to bring our dog. Unit was clean from housekeeping viewpoint but in definite need for routine maintenance in kitchen area and bathroom. I use VACASA regularly and have had positive results for the most part. Will continue to use VACASA

Not many dog friendly choices on the beach but we always come back to the Patrica Grand. Staff always helpful & friendly, impeccable cleanliness, pool side bar & Dj spinning every genre and old school tunes.

Curtains and lower part of bed was covered in black mold. If anyone knows about mold if there's a lot you can see, there's even more you can't and its very hazardous to lungs. Neighborhood and outside area of establishment not well kept and was dumpy. Pool area was decent but didn't get to enjoy as we were only at the property for about 30 hours. Checked in the 2 am hour on October 1st and checked out in 5 am hour October 2nd. Didn't feel safe in the area and was afraid to go to my car in the parking garage after dark. Requested a refund (expected to pay for the 2 days stay but charged me for 4 days. Will never use this type of site ever again. Told the desk attendant why we were leaving she just shrugged her shoulders. Didn't offer different, cleaner unit. I had to tell her to note that the unit was filled with mold.

Cons: shower has no pressure! Toilet handle gets stuck sometimes, freezer has ice on the door that melts down into the fridge. Pros: pet friendly, not carpet so you can sweep up the sand, comfortable bed & pillows, beautiful view. Outside pool is heated, not on the boardwalk with all the shops so it’s quieter, all staff was friendly and it looked clean.

The room was nice and cozy felt like I was at home . The bed was nice . And the people at the front desk was so friendly and helpful with me getting this nice . I looked everywhere I didn't have a reservation and they helped me so much. Thanks I would stay here again at the nice rate they have

Parking was terrible. Have a parking garage that is fine if you have a small vehicle. Did not disclose that property was under renovations had construction equipment on property. Not very pet friendly. If not for a public city park for pets you would have no where to take your pet.

We loved everything ab out the stay. Only 2 things that happend that happen while we were there that took us by surprised. The first one was we did not get what we thought that we asked for by getting an Oceanfront View. And the second one was on the second day we asked for wash. clothes and the hotel did not have any to give us at that time nor day. But we mananged. But all in all we did enjoy ourselves and meet a lot of friendly people and pets. Also that was our first time staying there at that site. We normally stay at OceanPark Resort. Thanks

I got to the location at 2:30. I was told check in was at 4 so they turned us away rudely to say come back at 4. We got back at 4:15 to a long line. I waited in line until 5:10 to be told oh your room is not ready. I was finally given a room key at 6PM. As soon as my wife and I got in the room and started taking our clothes off to head to the pool area, the maintenance team came right in without even a knock at the door... this place is bad all around.
