Great location,ray access to the beach

Nice size room with kitchen,beautiful view from balcony,a lot of activity,pool and jacuzzi,easy access to the beach,covered parking.Room was not perfectly clean,I found some hair on me sheet,but overall good place to stay

Baseball tournament

My son and I stayed at Patricia Grand while he played in a baseball tournament. The room was perfect for us. We enjoyed the pool in between games. The staff was very nice and welcoming

💜 it as pictured.

We 💜 everything about our fall 2021 stay. Facility is very pet friendly, staff was kind, close to all of the places we like to visit. My spouse has difficulty sleeping in any bed so make inquire about a recliner possibility next time. The only reason for the 4 🌟 rating, the water pressure for a shower is awful at best. The 1 reason we were glad to be home.

Mid grade Stay

The past two other vacations we took and stayed at the Patricia Grand was very nice and they kept the rooms clean and resort pool area clean but this time I notice a difference in the cleaning and our tub was stopped up it they did send someone right away to clean it and fix the problem but then the next day we had no hot water which was eventually fixed within two hours that the complaint was made. I’m not sure if it’s Covid related but definitely I saw a difference in the staff up keeping of the rooms and resort.

No more than 2 nights

The stay was meh. I don’t know if I could have stayed more than 2 nights. I wasn’t in the room a lot so I made do. No good ventilation in the bathroom or the room. Found what look like black mold on the baseboard behind the table and the bottom of the curtain. However customer service was very responsive and I did advise them of the mold found. Maybe next time if I get a larger room it will be better but I know it probably won’t be 736.

Great Vacation Spot!

Great vacation spot. Only complaint is a loud squealing noise coming from pool area. Killed the vibe a little bit and made it miserable to sit on the balcony.

Great hotel, not so great process for check out 😒

Room was great, loved the indoor heated pool and outdoor pool and hot tubs. Room was clean, view was beautiful! Check out process was horrible. Not enough carts or parking spots to be out on time and the elevators were a joke. Literally waited over 30mins to get all of us and our stuff on the elevator, without a cart, to finally just huff it down the stairs, 7 floors. Was a pretty bad ending to a great stay.

Great place for pet lovers

The whole stay was great, pools were clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. We only had 3 minor issues, we were delayed a little checking in, one of the trash cans at the dog walking park was full 3 out of 4 days and should have been dumped daily and the sliding door lock to the balcony was broken. Neither of those were deal breakers. Like I said, minor issues. The unit was in good shape aside from the lock issue and was clean upon arrival. Plenty of parking, good size dog walking area, great location, just not much to dislike, We love it here and will stay again.

Super clean room!

We loved our stay at The Patricia Grand. Our room was super clean! The view of the beach from our balcony was gorgeous! We could see and hear the waves on the beach! Check on and out was a breeze! I definitely recommend Vacasa and The Patricia Grand!
