Perfect location and spacious home

Only 2 blocks from the beach; convenient to the grocery store or other locations; the house was very clean and accommodated 6 adult houseguests. Loved it! We will definitely go back again!

Everything was good, only critique is the walls were pretty bad shape and it needs a deep clean at least once a month. The house had plenty of room and the management company was easy

Our stay

The house is in a great location! Only about a block from the beach and fun activities! The only complaint I have is the house was pretty dirty upon our arrival. There was sand and pebbles all over the hardwood floor, but this didn’t affect our trip!

Beach Haven

The floors had a lot of sand, as did the couch on first floor. The bathroom connected to first floor bedroom needs a lot of care. Floor boards near shower are showing signs of mold.

WOWWWWWW!!!!

Property was exactly as it looked. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. My family loves tv's and unfortunately the bedrooms do not have them. We did, however, bring our own and vacation was a blast. We enjoyed everything about being in this property and location and would come again. Highly recommend!!!!

Everything was great but I thought there was an on-site water park which is why I chose this one. It was disappointing to find none or even a pool. I had to spend $300 at myrtle waves instead. Kids were bored without a pool. I loved the house tho and had a great time.

House needs deep cleaning

Check in delayed until after 7, sheets were gross, we got no response from Elliot the property manager, spent hours cleaning blood and other “stuff” off the walls. Check in process was horrible.

Nice place poor communication

I drove 8.5 hours to get there and went to the office address they provided to pick up the keys. I get there was a notice that was over a week old stating that the office had moved. I had to get back in my car and drive to the new office. They should have contacted me before telling me the office had moved.

Nice last minute

Decent place for the money. We waited until the last minute to book our annual family vacation due to conflicting schedules this year. Everything was booked!!! We happened to run across this listing and decided to give it a try. ... There is plenty of space for larger families in the home. The place was not exactly spotless,hardwood floors throughout the home & no mop so it will stay dirty! The beds aren't comfortable at all. The neighborhood itself is nice and quiet, just one block away from the beach that was nice. The house was stocked with a few items, that made it convenient. Pots & pans a little dishwashing liquid and some laundry detergent. It was a good stay overall.

Great location

The positives- The location was in close proximity to the boardwalk, beach, local attractions, and restaurants. The house was cozy, but spacious and well decorated. All necessary kitchen items were included as well as basic supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dish sponges). The downside- the house was dirty and we had to clean it before settling in. There was sand all over the place. The floor was not swept or mopped. The bedspreads and blankets on all of the beds had to be washed because there were stains (appeared to be body fluids) on them. I messaged Elliot Beach Rentals letting them know about the unsatisfactory cleaning job from their cleaning crew. They offered to send a cleaning crew back to the house to reclean. Since we travel 11 hours to get to Myrtle Beach, it was easier for us to clean and wash the bedding than wait around for a cleaning crew to come out. We got a message from Elliot Beach Rentals around noon the day of check-in on July 9th saying the house was ready for us. We arrived around 5:15pm on July 9th. In our mind, the house should have been cleaner especially since I called a month prior to the trip and around 9am the day of the trip letting them know we would be checking in late (around 5:30pm). Overall, I would rent this property again but with higher hopes that the cleaning service Elliot Beach Rentals uses actually cleans the house and not just slaps a paper on the toilets that says sanitized for your protection.

Family vacation at myrtle beach south Carolina

I really enjoyed my stay there for 7 days! I enjoy cleaning my SPACE I only had a half broom and a half mop!! no paper towels just a few rolls of tissue! but over all the stay was fine! The refrigerator need to be cleaned a lil more! Light bulbs needs to be replaced
