We enjoyed being able to travel with our fur baby. The property was very convenient to restaurants and shopping and a short walk to the beach. The RV /remote was a little challenging to get to work. Back was missing from remote. Overall enjoyable stay.

Satisfied stay.

Property manager quick to respond to any questions. Instructions were easy to follow. Quaint, clean satisfactory room. (4 stars for overall cleanliness just because theyre was a couple of bottles and wrappers scattered about outside where people did not use garbage can, and outdoor garbage can was due to be emptied) Great location. Basic amenities included. Dog friendly. Nice pool access. Overall highly satisfied. Absolutley would stay again!

the area had a high pitch noise which was constant the entire time except Friday night. very irritating. There were 2 dead bugs upon arrival (1 in tub - 1 by sliding door). I live near the beach so understand and saw no others. The sliding door only had a wooden bar in tray. I did call to say I needed to feel more secure. The staff took care of that while I was out of the room (which they didn't text to say they were doing or entering my room so I wasn't aware until I checked it later). The staff was on top of things! I feel the owner should update the pictures since they are no longer using the decor and only using white comforter with no decor. didn't look as cozy. The light on nightstand was unplugged so I had to move the bed to plug it in. The TV cord could not reach the outlet. Fortunately, I bring an extension cord when I travel, but the next guest will probably not be carrying a cord. The refrigerator did not work so ruined my groceries. Finally after a full 24 hours of jiggling the refrigerator and cord it started working. The staff did try to replace the refrigerator after 24 hours, but the motor was finally running. The location is perfect as it's very close to the beach. A lot of the people who live in that small complex smoke so the smells outside were annoying, but the unit itself was fine.

For 2 people, it was Fine

For 2 people and a doggie it was fine. If my other son had come along, it would have been crowded with 3 people. I am use to a sitting area, but it was OK for 2 people. Next time, i will need to verify 2 beds with a sitting of living room area. The location was excellent, the room was clean, however there was no coffee maker. We, Americans live on coffee. Overall, it was fine, thank yo.

Overrall stay was good, some maintenance things need attended to. Door jam is cracked and some moisture rust in bathroom. Toilet seat is old and cracking. Beds were pretty firm and have a protective sleeve around the mattress so if you move to get comfortable it is kind of loud when other people are trying to sleep. Host was great and very communicative. I believe the overall value is there and would recommend.

Beach trip 2023

The room was clean but very small. Had to put in a light bulb and repair the front door exit handle. It came off in my wifes hand. Minor fix. Just used a Allen wrench to tighten the set screw. Also fyi the small remote control is missing the battery cover. It was like this when we arrived. All in all the trip was a good one. Thank you
