Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Nasty

90 min past our check in time room still wasn’t cleaned. Then we go in and there’s mouse feces on the floor, blood on the bathroom floor. The shower was nasty. The chair had stains on it. We immediately left because I would not put my kids in that nasty place
