Issues resolved quickly

Check in was delayed hour due to room not being cleaned in time. Issue with loud air conditioning they fixed quickly. They also helped with safe it was open but locked so you couldn’t shut the door. Positive they took trash and new towels every day. Floor in room was severely dirty always left our socks black. The pool areas were nice for children.
