On The Beach

Location was amazing. The condo was clean and the view was beautiful. The room was very dated and the checking process was cumbersom, having to send pictures of myself with the credit card among other required pictures. That said, I would stay there again.

Smelt like cigarettes smoke

We were very disappointed with our stay. The place not only looked like it was heavily smoked in but smelt like cigarettes no matter how long we left the patio door open. The hot tub is not a hot tub it’s a spa tub. So false advertisement there. Elevators kept breaking down. To get into your room for the first time you have to stand outside and wait for someone else to open the front door to even enter the hotel. Keypad to the door to the room would have to have the code typed in multiple times before it would work. When owners were address about our concerns we were told to contact the front desk because it was out of their control or just ignored all together. I rent 4 places a year and honestly this was probably the worst. No sort of refund was even offered. Do not stay here.
