So very average
Boy. A very mixed bag for this review. Condo itself is nice. Well done and renovated. Little dirty/dusty in some areas (head board and bathroom ceiling vent dust galore) but overall very nice.
Do not, I say again, do not expect an early check in. We requested it, got there a little early, it was raining and daughter had to pee, but nope, they won't allow access until 4pm. Now, sure, it does say check in is at 4, so this isn't anything they did WRONG but boy, the customer experience was terrible with a crying child because she had to pee and all our stuff getting wet because of the sideways rain. God forbid you don't give them your ID within 24 hours of booking or they'll unreserve you but if you get there early, they will not turn on access to your door code until 4pm on the dot.
Also. The door to the unit, if there's a strong wind, expect to hear it whistle the entire time there's a storm/rain/strong gust of wind.
Overall, we probably won't stay again. Condo itself was nice. Customer experience wasn't the worst but it absolutely was below average in contrast to other rental agencies. Godspeed
