You got what you paid for. This property is in old south beach away from the commercialization of North Myrtle. It’s preferable for a relaxing family vacation or for older folk that just want to relax. The building is being sold as condos so many units are Vrbo. The outside areas need upgrading and could be cleaner but the rooms themselves were clean and comfortable. All rooms are ocean view with a balcony. The rooms have a small kitchenette, ideal for longer stays. There is an inside and an outside pool as well as a lazy river. Located less than 2 miles from shopping and attractions. This will definetly be my go to stay in Myrtle Beach.

We booked this through VRBO and from the website it looked great and was a good budget price. Check in was easy. This hotel is old and in need of a Lot of repairs!!! For the price it was ok, but . . . I killed a roach in the bathroʻm, the shower made a piercing whistle, the stove was falling apart, the 3 whirlpools advertised were out of order, the heated indoor pool was not heated, the elevators jerked and whined, and I got absolutely no response to the VRBO rep when I reached out. The only thing good was that it was cheap, the beds were clean, and it was right on the beach.

Unfortunately we were not able to stay for the week because they did not have our reservation. We had to cancel our vacation and drive back home. I hope Vrbo will make this right.

The room itself was clean, just outdated. It was a hassle trying to get clean towels after initial check in. Our room keys quit working mid stay and it was an inconvenience to ask anyone to get them fixed. The hotel overall seems to have been nice at one point, but quickly going downhill. The pool was closed everyday except the morning of check out. Which is a big inconvenience with small children, considering it was booked based off of having many accessible pools. The walk to the beach was one perk being so close and the view from the room was nice.

it was horrible from check in til we left, room wasn’t good, there was no pool. There was no bar restaurant there was no tiki bar. There was no lazy river. There was nothing open or working that was in the ad or on the website., when you want a towel, it was like pulling teeth.

The place and staff were amazing, very kind, happy, respectful, polite, and made us feel welcomed. It was very budget, family, and pet friendly. The only issue we had was when we first got to our room our floor was very damp. I adjusted the AC unit to the cool and dry setting and by morning it was fine. But while it was damp it did leave some dirt/residue on socks and feet. I am not sure if it was bc of the dampness. But, it wasn't a major issue for us personally. We just wiped the floor up real quick when it was damn. The outdoor and indoor pools and spas were great. Enjoyed a lot of time there. And the lazy river also at the resort. Lovely bridge to the beach where you could also shower off the sand, as best as you could coming back from the beach. I would definitely stay there again. I just recommend adjusting settings to cool and dry on the AC unit.the desk staff were also very good with giving extra towels, TP, etc when requested.

Location was great. Parking is a nightmare, front desk girl was great handling check ins ALONE! This hotel is in serious need of upgrades, painting, plumbing, elevators are filthy, lighting is rusty

Worth the price.

This place was def a good deal. The place is old but clean. The beds were actually comfortable and the AC worked well. There isn’t a lot of info on the listing (I think it’s listed by the actual hotel) so I had to contact VRBO to get info to check in. The pools were nice and there was plenty of parking. This is a great budget friendly place that has lots of options for kids.
