Located in the Heart of Myrtle Beach! You can walk to Family Kingdom Amusement Park, The Boardwalk, Splashes Water Park, the Pier, or take your favorite route along the Boardwalk! This 1-bedroom, 1-bath suite offers stunning views from the 4th floor in Myrtle Beach. The suite comprises a private bedroom with 2 queen beds, a bathroom featuring a jetted spa tub, and a balcony off the main room, providing a relaxing atmosphere with Atlantic Ocean views. We can't wait for you to experience why we adore this location!

Conveniently situated within steps of the NEW Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, and only one block away from Family Kingdom Amusement Park and the 2nd Avenue Fishing Pier. Additionally, it's just a short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and the IMAX Theatre. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping centers are within a short drive.

Excellent location

Emails with the host to check in early/check out late were dependant on the cleaning crew. The room was very dusty in parts and other small issues in others. A lot of emails indicated additional charges for minor things considering it was not as clean I would have expected. expected.

Short Getaway

The condo was very nice and clean inside! The beds were really comfortable! The view was absolutely amazing, that was our favorite part! Lots of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment close by within walking distance! This condo was perfect for two people!

It was an ok stay, but due to all the rules and reviews about being charged the deposit for misc things I spent less time in the unit then I would've liked. Dresser handles and drawers were dirty, toilet bowl was dirty,linens didn't smell fresh and I washed before using. At check in I arrived to the office doors locked and had to wait an hour before someone arrived to confirm my info. I was asked to email pics of all my information as the alternative which is highly dangerous and never recommended by a bank. Never actually talked to "Julie" the host, always someone with a different name, clearly run by a large rental agency and very impersonal interactions.

Updates needed before "luxurious" can be said-My 1st and last stay...

There were WAY too many rules from the owner. Had I known prior, I wouldn't have booked. The list gave me anxiety. You could be charged for the smallest thing- if you don’t reset tv settings, don’t empty your trash, don't wash your dishes, don't empty the trash, don't hang towels, leave food in the fridge...just passing along fees b/c they don't want to pay their cleaners extra. I didn't ask you to own a property, why am I being charged. I will not disrespect any space. To me, the list makes me think they have been burned in the past by renters, plus they like to nickel and dime their renters. Check in wasn’t until 4pm, and then you have to check out at 10am! I feel cheated, lol. Later check ins/outs come with an additional fee. There definitely needs to be repairs/updates made before the word "luxurious" should be used. Worn/damaged areas seen inside of the unit like chipping/peeling paint on the walls and the trimming along the baseboards. Furnishing in the bedroom needs to be updated. The mattresses need to be replaced asap. Both were sunken in the middle, like a taco if you will. The tv in the bedroom needs to be updated. There were two rinsing stations by the pool, only one worked. The one that did work it only worked at the bottom. One of the hot tubs was out of order and poorly roped off. When I messages about the inoperable things outside, I was told they had no control over those areas that HOA handles those issues. They should contact their HOA quickly then...

I enjoyed my stay in Myrtle beach. The balcony had a great view of the ocean. The place was located close in proximity to restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

Property was as advertised. Only drawback was not quite as clean as we would have liked as the cleaners don't seem to pull things away and clean. Ie between appliances. Great communication, awesome spot on the ocean, and we had all the things we needed and expected.

Not what I was expecting

My husband and I stayed this past weekend, Jan 6-8 2023. My stay this weekend left a bit to be desired. For as much as it ended up costing me, I was not pleased. First was the shower/bathroom. That was the loudest shower I've ever seen. It was to the point that I was rushing to get in and get out. It was very loud when you turned the heat up. Also I couldn't tell if it was mold in the shower or not. On the string to hold the towels in the shower, had other people's hair on it. It just screamed dirty and unkept. Under the sink was someone's trash and the toilet seat looked like it had many miles on it. Second was the Kitchen/Livingroom. The kitchen stove looked like it was going to fall apart. Too worried about functionality to even attempt to use it. The dishwasher has rust all over the front. (It looked in order just not appealing to the eye). The sofa was horrible! Dry rotted badly. We didn't want to sit on it for fear of making it worse. The table felt unclean and dirty. The ceiling was nasty as well. I'm not sure what it was! Squished roach, fly, food......I don't know. Third was the Bedroom. The lamp by the first bed was a little iffy. Very wobbly and had a few holes in it. Unsightly to look at. The floors were not any better. Dirt and dust all around the edges. Making it look even dirtier. All in all, most of the stuff in the rooms looked like they were bought at a thrift store or picked up on the side of the road and thrown into the room. The cleaners need talking too because as much as they charge to clean, They should have done a much better job. Especially if they are going to charge me and the people before me cleaning fee. To put it bluntly, this room needs some serious help. Lastly, The amount of emails and text messages I received was unnecessary. Not only was it unnecessary but the amount of times I was told I would be charged if I did this and if I did that was crazy. For as many times as I was told that if I damage something, you would think this place would have been immaculate. After messaging the owners with my concerns and issues, all I got back from them was "verbatim" Hello, Michelle! Thank you for your feedback and we greatly appreciate it. I'll inform our team and we'll make sure to use it for our continuous growth and improve. Regards, Ahlex Big Fish Rentals. At least they could've offered the cleaning fee back. Not a fan of how they handled this situation.

This was a very unexpected getaway. BIG FISH RENTALS was a joy to work with thru VRBO. I simply entered my exact needs thru the filters on VRBO and BIG FISH had several properties with fair prices. They provided instant confirmation and contact less check in after hours. A very kind woman called to make sure I arrived and was able to get into my condo safely. Not to mention modified my reservation last minute so I was able to check in the night before. They were a pleasure to work with.

Property was not very clean. They did however, send someone over to try to get mold out of the bathtub. Ducktape is on curtains going out to balcony. Rust is on dishwasher, but we did not use it.

Not what I expected

This place could use a serious makeover! The carpet in the bedroom was filthy and stained. There was a blood stain on the pillow. The couch was gross. Shower was gross. The lobby to the elevators had a spilled milkshake left overnight, dirty tissues and Q-tips inside the elevator. It always stunk. The very small side table on the balcony was missing wood and had staples exposed. Save yourself the trouble, and stay somewhere else!!!
