Moving indoors, you will find everything you need for meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The dining room table will seat 8 to 10 comfortably and there is additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar area. The Living Room area has two super comfortable couches to relax on while watching the 55" TV. There is a Half Bathroom that is perfectly located between the Kitchen and Living Room downstairs for guests. The Master Bedroom has a soft and luxurious King bed, with attached full bathroom and tile shower. The Master is also equipped with a full dresser, 50" TV, and has a double mirrored closet for plenty of extra storage. Upstairs, the "Katelyn" and "Kamryn" Bedrooms on the front side of the home are beautifully decorated and have their own unique ocean views. Both have Queen beds and are equipped with tall dressers and 32" TVs. The "Motorcycle" Bedroom had the "guys" in mind again and is equipped with a Black Queen bed, 42" TV, and a full dresser. The Twin Bedroom boasts (2) twin bunk beds, and the kids will love the 2 TV setup!! One for video gaming and the other one for watching their own programming. No more splitting time!! There is also a very nice rocker in the room for rocking the "little ones" to sleep after a long super fun day at the beach!!! Both upstairs bathrooms are Full Bathrooms. One has a tile shower and is located between the three main bedrooms. The second bathroom is right next to the Twin Bedroom and has a shower/tub combination for giving the "little ones" baths.

For your convenience, the golf cart shown in the pictures comes with the rental of the home. No more standing in lines for hours cutting in to your "beach time" trying to rent a golf cart. All drivers must have a valid driver's license and be 16 years old or older and there is a separate (Golf Cart Agreement) that must be signed prior to arrival for usage.
