We’ve stayed at Dunes before and it was a good experience overall, but we wanted a nicer room this time because of how much time we spend at the resort. Fun and Sun 801 did not disappoint! The views were amazing and the room was spacious. We had a few minor hiccups at check-in but everything went smoothly after. We will definitely stay again.

Rooms were lovely and spacious. Balcony views were outstanding. Location was very good. TV cable were working partially, all were fixed except one. Bathroom sinks, water very slow to flow out. Dishwasher had a bad smell, unable to use. Those mishaps did not stop us from having a wonderful stay. My grands are still talking about coming back this year. The owner was very kind and generous in compensating an extended stay for any inconveniences. Kudos to the owner for a great property!

We really enjoyed our stay at Fun and Sun in 801. Condo was clean and as pictured. View of beach is gorgeous. Resort property was also clean and welcoming. Check in process was flawless. Condo came with a starter pack of toilet paper, dish soap, shampoo, etc to get us through until we could go to the store. Thank you for that. Kids loved the pool and water slides in both towers. Coffee and food on site as well. We loved having the full kitchen to use and made most of our meals there. Beds were super comfortable, probably the most comfy beds we've ever had on a vrbo rental. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

This is a great place to stay will definitely be back! Our family had a good time. I only give it a 4 star on cleanliness because the jets around the tub in the master bath had some mold around them and along the tile. Other than that this unit has lots of windows with a great view of the ocean. Thanks for sharing your unit.

Stayed at this property in 2023 and it wonderful. This stay was a bit of a nightmare. Had to do partial cleaning, go to the store and purchase a shower curtain.Television in 2nd bedroom missing remote could not be watched. Cloth dryer vent broken. Owner was aware No smoke detector on wall in main bedroom off the wall. Water heater, condensation in hall had to be constantly cleaned. Could get a pic. Light out in that part of the hall. This was not a vacation, this place required too much work and it needs work. Looks good on advertisement, but not so much in person. Torn old chair in common area room. Sliding door to the outside in common are extremely hard to open. The balcony had smeared windows from the main be bedroom, but the balcony and looking at the beach was the only highlight for stay this time at 801. Does Vrbo have someone to check the properties they are advertising. You are giving Vrbo a bad reputation.
