Located in Surfside Beach, this oceanfront six-bedroom home features three ocean front bedrooms, two covered porches, complimentary Wi-Fi, plus a private walkway down to the beach. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

Floramay II is inviting and comfortable with lots of homey touches, including plenty of seating for family mealtimes! Sip sweet tea and listen to the crashing of waves while sitting on the ocean front porch rocking chairs. Head down to the sandy shores of Surfside Beach using the private walkway. Spend lazy days lounging in the sun or go for a swim in the surf and search for keepsake seashells. Make sure to rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower after returning from the beach.

This home is conveniently located within walking distance to the Surfside Pier and restaurants. Venture to the end of the Surfside Pier and be amazed at the vast Atlantic Ocean.     Loved the location, layout. size of the house and lots of parking area. We also enjoyed the porch and rocking chairs . But the house needs a good "deep " cleaning. Seemed a little neglected. A larger Tv in the den would also be nice for large families. There was also trash around the outside of the house . Dunes Realty was easy to work with and even with these negatives we still plan to be back

    Great location, they have done a lot of work to the decks and walkway to the beach, but the house needs a lot of attention. The walls are in need of painting, back door is dirty and knob is worn, beds are horrible. Great location but the house is really dated including appliances and furniture.

    Wonderful vacation place and we have stayed there before.

    I love the house, but the door from the family room is sticky and needs repair. Some paint is needed to make the place look like it did when I first stayed there several years ago. These small problems do not reduce our recommendation for the house.

    Nice place, plenty big enough for families

    This was a great place! The house was big, and had a good location. The only thing we didn't like was all of the really personal pictures around the house. I'm not sure they are appropriate for all of the different families that rent the house.

    Our stay consisted of 4 adults and 6 kids. The house is in a great location with beautiful views. The home itself could use some paint and TLC. The most disappointing aspect was the lack of seating. The house itself is quite large and the living would only seat about 4 or 5 people comfortably. Probably a great home for a family of 6 or so but not for a larger party.

    Average location and stay

    The property overall was not bad. The location was right next to a public beach access which was not as bad as I thought that it might be but did make for a somewhat crowded beach. The house itself seems a little dated. Pillows were ultra thin, sliding shower doors did not work in downstairs master and the house seemed a bit "weathered". We also had to contend with the bugs outside. Likely normal for summer in SC but you couldn't sit on the back porch at night without having 4 or 5 very large roaches scurrying across the back porch pretty much constantly. Again, likely normal for July in SC but I have stayed at other properties in MB and never had that issue. For the cost of staying there I would have expected a little bit nicer place. We will likely try a different place next year.
