Fully equipped, high end finishes, king bed and sleeper in hybrid living room/bedroom(meaning combined).
The oceanfront vacation rental is the perfect Myrtle Beach vacation destination, sleeping 4 with room to welcome your 2 furry family members. Drink coffee and cocktails on either of the two private balconies and enjoy the oceanfront swimming pools, lazy river, Hot Tub and beach access and more.

There are many restaurants close by, all within walking distance or 5 minute drive. The Patricia Grand Resort is a pet friendly hotel. Our condo has a two pet limit. There is a $125 pet fee for each furry friend, the resort weight limit is 20 pounds. You will need to bring your own pool and beach towels.
As we all know , VRBO rentals (private owners/vacation rental companies) do not offer daily housekeeping and linens exchange.
A nice welcome package is provided for each guest which Includes:
- Linens, towels, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, one 8 cup coffee package with filter, 1 bag of Kirkland Popcorn, 1 box of tissues, 1 bar of soap, 1 snack bar, 1 extra trash bag, shampoo.
- These items will not be replenished after they have been used.
House Rules:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with fee (maximum 2 allowed)
- Cleaning service is only provided at the end of your stay
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Only responsible adults need to reserve our unit
- Please report any damages that occur.

Jay's condo is awesome!! It was beautifully decorated and had nice furniture. We had everything we needed. Having two balconies was a plus and being pet friendly was super important to me to be able to bring my fur baby on vacation.

This is a very cozy place. Best of all are the 2 little balconies, one of them located such that you don't see any other condo ... just the beach. It also warms up in the sun so you can have breakfast outside even in December.

Great place to stay

Perfect condo for a nice little retreat from home. The room was very clean and so was the condo lobby. They have a Starbucks in the lobby which was a major plus. There was a wide variety of pools/hot tubs some being inside and outside. Perfect view of the beach from both balconies and very private as well. Owners were very friendly and had very in detail check in instructions given plenty of time in advance. Was a great stay and we had no complaints!

My husband and i needed a quick getaway and this was a perfect spot. We were able to relax and enjoy some late summer sunshine. We loved that our pups were able to join us. My only small complaint about this unit is that the mattress cover was to small and kept popping off during the night. Other than that, it was perfect.

Exactly as listed, cute little Studio Apt, 2 balconies, and a spacious room, small kitchen space but enough for just 2 people, the King size bed was EXTREMELY Comfortable... A good nights sleep is important, and the Decor was cheery.. 3 elevators which are great especially being on the 19th floor, amazing view from the balconies, and we even seen 2 weddings on the beach, and some Dolphins out a ways... Amazing, would definetely stay again..

Two balconies is a joke

Neither balconies would fit more than 1 person comfortably. If two chairs, one had to stand and move chair to get into room. 1 balcony looked directly at other rooms. Floors and sofa were dirty. Waited 20 minutes for elevators. Somewhat disappointed.

Great stay minus few minor inconveniences

I did not read or pay attention about a washer/ dryer in unit. There is not one and that’s a big thing for me. Laundry is available on several floors but very inconvenient. Also, bring own trash bags and TP because you only get one. Other than that the place was great. CLean. Beautiful view and we liked the right side of balcony bs left because it was more private. Beds comfy. Overall great vacation stay. Just wish there was a washer and dryer.

The 19th floor and the two balconies were outstanding. Elevator service was prompt. Pools and general facilities very good condition. Few shortcomings in the rental. 1 VERY soft mattress 2 only one steak knife and no cutting board 3 closet door was off its tracks or wasn't working properly 4 bathtub drain clogged and very slow 5 bathroom sink had little water 6 but that stuff some water was leaking from under the fridge but stopped so I guess okay. Don't get distracted by the few shortcomings, this was a great property. My biggest issue was very soft mattress

I have been to the beach every year since I was a small child. And this trip was wonderful. The beautiful view from either balcony was so peaceful and inviting. My husband and I really enjoyed the chance to enjoy God’s wonderful gift from this beautiful condo. We would definitely come and stay again. And the fact that we were able to bring our fur baby with us was a plus!
