Too many constraints- never again, never stay

Upon reading the terms and conditions, policies, constraints, we ended up letting go of this non-refundable reservation and stayed at nearby Paradise Resort so that we could enjoy our vacation and not feel like renting a jail room by staying at this rental - they want you to pick up your own trash and take it to commercial trash bins on site? I've never done this at a hotel , you're supposed to not soil the towels and laundry them, seriously? better not to use them at all then! They ask you to not leave any negative reviews; there is no carbon monoxide detector in the room, What got it me is the constant reminders before arriving that you have do this and not this and this. Booking hotels is so much easier, you're not constantly reminded of "Not to do list" and you're welcome than cautioned (as for this place) about what to do and not to do. And most amazing thing is that the hotel rooms are going half the price of this room. I learned my lesson hard way by losing $227 on this rental. I swear to God, I will never book a vacation rental and will in fact always book a hotel room instead, which is so convenient, provides freedom and you're not constantly reminded of to-do list things and not have to do so many documents and review crazy policies and terms and conditions. Never again!

Excellent experience

This property was exactly as expected. A little dated, but clean, comfortable and economical. Beautiful ocean view, quiet, and conveniently located close to the boardwalk. Communication with the property manager was frequent, thorough and precise. Honest. I can confidently recommend this property.

Great location, beautiful view!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this location. It was a very close walk to really great restaurants and the beach! Would definitely recommend! Very easy and hassle free check in too!

Wonderful room and location

The room has everything you need for a vacation condo. The amenities are great with the pools and easy beach access. The location is close to the pier so lots to do within walking distance. We would definitely stay again!
