From your private oceanfront deck, living room, and master bedroom, you’ll enjoy panoramic 180-degree views of the sparkling ocean, creating a constant connection with the sea.

With direct beach access via your own private entrance, you'll have the perfect spot for a leisurely walk, collecting seashells, chatting with local fishermen, or simply soaking in the warmth of the Atlantic. The ocean temperature hovers between a delightful 83-88°F in the summer, inviting you to take a refreshing dip anytime you please.

This impeccably furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom fourth-floor condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and style. Enjoy the convenience of an elevator, an outdoor shower, and a private pool. Inside, the condo is fully equipped with modern amenities including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV (with 3 TVs, including 2 Smart TVs), and a Blu-ray player for your entertainment.

The remodeled kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring modern appliances, granite countertops, tile floors, a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, and even an ice maker. The open-concept layout ensures that no one misses out on conversation, whether you’re cooking a family meal or enjoying a snack at the bar seating.

Relax in the spacious living room, where a queen-sized sofa bed and loveseat invite you to unwind. The Smart TV and Blu-ray player offer a variety of entertainment options, while a sliding door opens to the oceanfront deck, bringing the outside in.

Across the hall, the guest bathroom offers a large washer and dryer for cleaning your daily attire. Commercially cleaned linens for both the beds and bathrooms are delivered each week before your stay.

For beach enthusiasts, our beach closet is stocked with folding chairs, a beach umbrella, a bocce ball set, and boogie boards, so you can skip the hassle of bringing your own gear. (Please remember to clean all beach items before bringing them back inside.)

Parking is a breeze with one dedicated space, and while a second vehicle may be accommodated, it is not guaranteed.

As a smoke-free, pet-free unit (due to owner allergies), we take great pride in maintaining the condo’s pristine condition. It is privately cleaned after each guest, and we provide a thoughtful starter kit with coffee, soap, and dishwashing pods to help you settle in and of course a complimentary sample of our own Vermont maple syrup!!
