-COFFEE PEOPLE: We do have a Keurig Single K Cup coffee maker in the kitchen. Although we offer a few complimentary K-Cups and sweeteners to get you started, we recommend that if you drink a lot of coffee or have particular tastes, that you do pack your favorites or hit the local stores to make sure your coffee crave is satisfied.

House Rules:
This unit is self catering. Toiletries, cleaning products and paper products are not included. Starter rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and hotel size soap and shampoo are provided as a courtesy, but guests will need to bring or purchase additional supplies after these are used up.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke, we will hold your entire security deposit to cover the cost.
Pets are not allowed at this resort per our HOA bylaws.
Please empty the refrigerator, bag up your trash, and wash your dishes or load/run the dishwasher before you leave. We don't expect you to clean or do laundry before you check out, but please be courteous by not leave a lot of trash or a huge mess for the cleaners. Remember that they often have a very small amount of time to clean before the next guests arrive.
BATH TOWELS AND LINENS ARE INCLUDED, and your departure cleaning fee includes laundering of those items.
