The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was more than happy with the location.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Please note that there is a daily parking fee, which may not be clearly Of the five pools mentioned in the listing, we visited two. One featured a lazy river and a splash pad, which was a nice amenity.While the condo listing included a photo showing a water slide, we were informed that the slide belongs to a different resort and is not available to guests at this property. The building has three elevators; however, on the third day of our stay, two of them were out of service. I did notify management. This created a significant inconvenience, especially when carrying items, as we had to walk a considerable distance to access the remaining elevator. Later that night we had a power failure in the entire building for about 2 minutes while I was cooking. The unit itself was clean, with no signs of pests or unpleasant odors. There are tgree coin-operated laundry areas within the building for guest use. The bedrooms, including the mattresses, could benefit from updates to enhance comfort.Overall, our stay was not terrible, but we do not plan to return.
